Steps

   Step 1: Open Forgot password

   On the sign-in page you use — AuraZet Sports, a facility's Account, or a facility's admin — choose Forgot password.

   Step 2: Enter your email

   Complete the security check. You'll see the same message whether or not the email has an account.

3. 3

   Step 3: Open the email

   Choose the link, then Continue.

4. 4

   Step 4: Set a new password

   Enter a new password of at least 8 characters, twice. Then sign in.

If something goes wrong

The link says it's invalid or expired

Choose Request a new link. Only the most recent email works.
