Steps
Step 1: Choose where to sign up
On AuraZet Sports, choose Join Sports Club, or Player Sign In and then create an account. On a facility's page you can also sign up from Account.
Step 2: Enter your email and a password
Use a password of at least 8 characters and complete the security check.
Step 3: Confirm your email
Open the link we email you and choose Continue. You can't sign in until your email is confirmed.
Step 4: Sign in
Sign in with the same email and password. Signing in on AuraZet Sports opens your Communities page; from there, Player Home is in the menu.
What happens next
Book while signed in so bookings are saved to your account — they then appear in Player Home and on the facility's Account page, where you can cancel or transfer them.
If something goes wrong
- “That email is already registered”
- You already have an account. Sign in instead, or reset your password.
- No confirmation email
- Check spam and promotions folders. If the link has expired, open it anyway — the page lets you request a new one.
